Waitlist

You can utilize Waitlist for either 1.) being at max capacity for memberships at your studio, or 2.) as an “application” process for accepting members into your studio.

When you are actively using Waitlist, you can access who is currently in process by clicking “View History”.

You can click “View” for each person on the Waitlist to view the answers to your custom questions, see when they joined the Waitlist and take staff notes about this particular person.

Public Waitlist Link

Use this link to invite and signs others up to current waitlist. Remember you can edit/add to the form's fields for your studio by going to Studio > Waitlist.

Waitlist Settings

NAVIGATE TO: Studio > Waitlist

Here you can build out the form you want people to submit for considering membership. The waitlist link will automatically collect name, email and phone number, but you can add additional fields or questions as needed (Add Custom Waitlist Field). When form is ready, click Save Waitlist Options.
