When your classes have been set up and you are ready to display to prospective students on your front-facing website, there are three ways you can do this.
NAVIGATE TO: Classes > Settings > Website Integrations
Link From Your Website To Classes Page on Kiln Fire (Easiest)
With this method, all you need is a link from your website! We give you a nice looking classes page that you can simply send people to explore your class offerings, register, and pay for them.
Create Your Own Classes Page, Link to Kiln Fire Template Pages (Easy)
If you want to have your own classes page on your website, no problem! We recommend creating a page that includes the high level "types" of classes you offer. Each one could include an image, a title, and a button. Then link to the matching Kiln Fire "Template" page for each one.
Steps to Implement:
- Put together your classes page on your website how you choose.
- Include a list of types of classes you offer.
- Link the button or text for each type to its matching Kiln Fire template page.
Embed Our Class Calendar/List Into Your Website (Moderate)
Using our handy embed code, you can display your classes in a grid, a calendar, or a list view!
Steps to Implement:
- Copy the embed code from within Kiln Fire
- Open your website builder (or talk to your web designer).
- Find the appropriate place on the page for your Kiln Fire classes to appear.
- Paste in the embed code you copied
Create Your Own Page for Each Class Type, Embed Upcoming List (Slightly Harder)
With this method, we give you the flexibility to handle most of the content on your own website, creating a page for each of your types of classes (such as "Advanced Wheel"). Then you can embed the list of upcoming sessions of that class. Since the data comes from Kiln Fire, it will always be up-to-date!
Steps to Implement:
- Put together separate pages on your website for each of your major types of classes.
- On each page, find where you want to upcoming sessions of the class to appear, add a title such as "Upcoming Classes".
- Choose the matching template and copy the code from the box in Kiln Fire.
- Paste that code into the area on your page right below the headline.
