NAVIGATE TO: Private Events > Bookable Hours
Do this step AFTER you set Event Types.
Here is where you select the days and times you would like to have set aside for these types of events. Note: this does not necessarily mean it would block out time from other operations in your studio, it is just setting up options that might work for a customer requesting a private event.
Apply Schedule To – This allows you to set specific times for certain events, i.e. Birthday Parties can only be requested for Saturdays 12-3 and Sundays 2-5. You can choose to have it be more general, in which case the "All Event Types" would allow you to set a range of time that they will be able to choose within for their Private Event request.
