Pickups - For managing one-time class/event pieces with contact information details, sending automatic pickup-ready notifications and handling all associated fee collection.
This is different from our “Piece Tracking and Firing Fee" functionality because people who attend do not have to create a login to the Kiln Fire app but they can use a simple public form to submit a piece for firing and pay if needed (think like Paint & Sip Nights).
As a studio, this can be a helpful way to track their piece and notify them multiple times when their piece is ready for pickup, hopefully getting you back valuable shelf space in your studio!
