Pickup Groups

NAVIGATE TO: Pickups > Pickup Groups

Pickup Groups allow studios to put all the pieces from an event or class together.

For an Event/Party: Click New Group, create a name for group and click Generate Pickup Group and QR Code. Participants can then use a device to scan the QR code or visit the link to submit their piece(s).

For a Class: If you are using the Classes feature in Kiln Fire, you do not need to create a Pickup Group for each of them. Instead, you would set up a Pickup Type within a class or class template.

NAVIGATE TO: Classes > Templates

Edit a template or create a new one. Within template form, choose a Piece Pickup Type and select one you created for class (Pickups > Pickup Types).
