Tracking Traffic
This space shows which members or students arrive to and use studio (for classes, reservations, member perks, etc.) In order to record activity, you will need a check in system in-studio with Check In Page easily accessible for users to sign in.
Check In Page
You can allow user with a "check in" studio time perk to check themselves in and out.
Steps to Implement:
- You will need an iPad, tablet, or computer in a spot where people will see it as they enter.
- You should open a web browser to the check in page and leave it open. (On an iPad, you may want to consider using a Kiosk app like this one.)
- People will tap on their name, and tap "Check In".
- When they leave they will tap on their name again, and tap "Check Out".
- This page will refresh every 10 minutes so that it always has current users.
- Staff can see who is in the studio currently on the admin check in page.
You will be able to see up-to-date check in data on the Check Ins dashboard, but if you need anything more in-depth, there is also an Export button.
