Guest Passes

Guest passes gives your studio a way to track when guests are in the studio, what their contact information is, and who brought them. You can view the list of guests that have come into the studio, along with the person who brought them under Users > Guests.

There are a few ways to set them up and use them:

Membership Perks

If your studio gives an allotment to members about how many guests they can bring a month, then this is a great way to track that. To set this up you would first go to Studio > User Perks and create a new “Guest Pass” Perk that is “Monthly”. Choose how many guests they are allowed to bring into the studio each month. You would then want to create your Membership Plans to include this membership perk so that members receive it upon signing up.

Purchasable Through Supplies

Another way to sell perks is to set up a Supply Item that would then give the User a one-time (fixed) perk that can be used. You would first want to go to Studio > User Perks and create a new “Guest Pass” Perk that is “Fixed Amount”. Choose how many guest passes they are purchasing at one time. Then you would go to Supplies and create a new Item. Name it and price it, then use the “Assign Perk(s) on Purchase” to give them the perk you just created. Now when a user/member purchases this item they will receive the guest pass perk.

Check in Screen

If you already use our Check In Screen for Studio Time, Class Attendance, or Reservations, then you will now also see a tab for “Guest Passes”. User's names will only show up here when they have a Guest Pass perk already. By tapping on their name they can use one of their guest passes, and enter their guests information. If you also have our Waiver functionality turned on it will automatically ask the guest to agree to the Waiver on the following screen as a part of the process.

Staff Managed

Your staff can also create and use guest passes on behalf of members in the Users > Guests > New Pass. The staff member would then fill in the guests information and the member that they came in with.
