Publishing and Submissions

When you have created the different Event Types you offer at your studio and you are ready to display on your website or send a link, you can click "Public Link" orange button to access the URL you can embed.

Once a customer submits their request, both your staff and the customer will automatically receive an email notification. You can edit the copy of this communication at Studio > App Messages > Private Event Request Message. You can also adjust any of the text of other automated messages related to Private Events there as well.

Optional: Studio Staff or Manager roles

Approving requests - Navigate to Bookings and click into the event already created. You will see the information already submitted by the customer and additional steps or spaces for staff management. There is an "Approve" button on righthand side as well as Staff Notes below.

Assigning Instructors - You can assign an instructor for that Private Event on that same page under "Instructor" field.
