Class Registration Form
You can use the default class registration form or you can create your own. Click on Classes > Settings > Class Registration Forms.
Piece Pickup Type
If you are using Piece Pickups in the Kiln Fire app, you will want to create your piece pickup types. Click on Pickups > Pickup Types > New Pickup Types to customize different kinds of piece pickup types you will use for your different classes.
Max Attendees Per Registration
This allows people to register more people than just themselves. This might be helpful for a kids class, a couples class, or a class where groups of people are coming together.
Typical Meeting Length (in Hours)
This will make it simpler to create a class at a specific date and time and have it automatically fill in the end time for you.
Class Add-ons for Purchase
If you want people to be able to purchase anything for the class (extra clay, etc), you can set this up in Classes > Settings > Class Addons > Create New Class Add-on. You can then click on the add-ons you want for this class.
If you want a custom message for this class, toggle Use Own Class Details Email Message to ON and input the text or link you want people to see for this class.
Click on Save Class Template.
Now you can create a class from a template at a specific date and time.
Click on Classes > Manage Classes > New.
Under Class Template, choose the class template you want to use for this class.
Class Meeting Date
In this field you can choose the date and beginning/ending time of the class. If you want the class to repeat over many weeks, click on Repeat Weekly. You can then choose how many more times you want this class to repeat. If it is a 4 week class, you would want the class to repeat 3 more times. If the date and time are not repeating weekly, you can choose add class meeting date to select a different date and time this class will meet.
You now have the ability to Override any things you want to change about the template you created but all of the fields have already been filled in for this class. Click on Save Class to create this class.
